What are you fighting for?
As a Customer Care Administrator, you are the umbrella contact You are responsible for the administrative support of customers and for ensuring that invoicing runs smoothly. You support the sales team on an administrative level and monitor delivery times of orders by getting in touch with your own colleagues as well as customers and suppliers. Together with technical colleagues, you ensure that their hours are recorded correctly.
In addition, you are the first point of contact for customers, both by telephone and digitally. In concrete terms, this means that you are responsible for answering all kinds of information, questions, orders or problems by answering phone calls, e-mails and chat messages from customers. It is your first attempt to help the customer in the best possible way, by answering their questions yourself or by putting them in contact with the right department. What do you excel at?
- Administrative experience in a commercial environment.
- In terms of administration, you work quickly, efficiently and accurately.

- Good knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word, knowledge of Dynamics 365 & Microsoft CRM are a plus.

- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and sufficient knowledge of French and English.
