Strategic merger completed: Dynamate and VanRoey become one under the name Dynamate

Passendale/Turnhout, 30 June 2026 IT service providers Dynamate and VanRoey have been given the green light for their strategic merger. Both companies will bring their activities under one integrated IT group for managed IT services, which will continue under the name Dynamate.

The merger fits within a clear strategic vision: to jointly grow into a leading, integrated managed IT partner for medium-sized and large organisations and governments in Belgium. Customer service will remain unchanged and there will be no operational impact.

Complementarity, customer value, and scale

The merger stems from a strong complementarity between both organisations. VanRoey and Dynamate share a similar ambition and corporate culture, focusing on medium-sized organisations, large companies and governments. At the same time, they complement each other in geographical presence and expertise.

The integration process will lead to one integrated IT group, ensuring optimal support for SMEs and large enterprises. By bringing together the expertise and in-depth sector knowledge of both parties, a broader and deeper integrated offering will be created for all clients: from infrastructure and security to business applications, managed services, e-commerce, and AI innovation.

“From now on, we can assist our customers even better.”, says Joachim Lauwers, CEO of the new group Dynamate.“Thanks to their strong complementarity, organisations can now rely on a broader, even more specialised, and future-oriented offering with sufficient scale for continued investment. This will provide companies with even better support during these challenging times, for instance.
