The municipality Kampenhout acts as a procurement centre for Flemish local authorities (town councils, OCMW ’s, municipal schools...) for the procurement of services relating to cybersecurity, infrastructure, networks and the purchase of related hardware/software. Both Group K and VanRoey may provide you with this!

Initially, Group K selected for 2 plots. Seen VanRoey since 2025 owner is of this cybersecurity company, you will gain access to even broader expertise and opportunities through this agreement!
Lot 2 - network and security
“All possible active elements, support and executive services that are part of the network and its security.” Think of supplying, installing, configuring and maintaining all hardware including network switches, Access Points (APs), firewalls, NAC and all necessary security software such as EDR/XDR or setting up very strict policies (rights, document protection, MFA, conditional access, Entra ID... )
Lot 3 - software and services
“All possible software, support and executive services required for daily operation, communication or in function of data retention and business continuity”
- Benefit from our knowledge and licensing expertise for e.g. Microsoft 365, in terms of set-up, use and security! But also Azure, SharePoint and Teams, Dynamics 365 and Business Central...
- Count on our experts to assist your IT team or end users and ensure continuity with Managed Services, Expertise Services and/or Managed Endusers...
- Enjoy fail-safe backup solutions and off-site backups in our Tier-3 data centre on Belgian soil that are also extra protected against cryptolockers!

We are not at our experimental stage. For many years now, you can contact us for all Fortinet-related purchases and services via our framework agreement with SMALS. This has now been extended for the thirteenth time by 4 years(!). This given the smooth cooperation and great satisfaction of numerous government services!
Which organisations are eligible?
All local authorities (municipal administrations, OCMW ’s, municipal schools, assistance zones, police zones, cultural centres, community centres, libraries, autonomous municipal companies, inter-communal associations, inter-local associations, non-profit organisations ... non-exhaustive list) in Flanders can benefit from this agreement.
Until when does the framework agreement between VanRoey and Kampenhout
This agreement expires on 05/03/2027. Of course, it can always be extended.
