1. Work IQ: AI that understands your work better

Work IQ is a smart layer in Microsoft 365 that understands context better. Copilot now knows not only what you ask for, but also why. By analysing documents, emails and calendar, Copilot suggest more proactive.
So Microsoft promises more than just the direct answer to your question, thanks to an AI that makes connections and thinks ahead.

2. Fabric IQ: One source of truth for all your data

Data is often scattered in silos. Fabric IQ brings everything together in one model. So it achieves better insights, faster and more reliably.
So services like Power BI are getting smarter, analyses are becoming sharper and decisions more informed.

This is ideal for demanding environments that rely on data, think manufacturing, financial and marketing-related sectors.

3. Foundry IQ: Context for AI agents

With Foundry IQ, you give specific AI agents access to specific structured and unstructured knowledge. These agents can now plan and reason based on both internal and external sources. This allows you to automate complex workflows without risk, fully within the necessary governance and compliance frameworks.

4. Microsoft Agent Factory: build your own AI agents

You had been Copilot Studio that allowed you to train and build your own AI models, such as our HR buddy. With Agent Factory Microsoft goes further and designs your own AI agents that can automate entire tasks, from HR processes to customer interactions. You get a visual interface for building and testing, and the agents are perfectly integrated with your environment. Of course, your existing policies & data security are always keenly considered.

5. Get control of your AI ecosystem with Agent 365

The rise of “Shadow AI” demands governance. Agent 365 provides a dashboard to manage all agents in your organisation. Your IT department can watch over it all and see who built an agent, what data was used and can even detect or disable “rogue” agents. Not only does this help you prevent data theft, but it also prevents AI agents that may have been built with good intentions from gaining too much data or power.

6. Copilot is not only getting smarter, also mobile

With Work IQ, Copilot already got a major upgrade, but also new is voice control on mobile devices. Summarise e-mails, schedule appointments or retrieve documents... you can now do it all with your voice!

7. Security Copilot: thorough security

Security is also getting additional AI upgrades. Security Copilot now comes by default in Microsoft 365 E5 licences and works with Defender, Entra, Purview and Intune. It will work within your Microsoft 365 environment so detect (potential) attacks even more effectively with largely automated incident analysis and response.
