We are informing you about two critical vulnerabilities in Fortinet FortiSandbox that require an urgent update. These vulnerabilities may impact environments where FortiSandbox is in use.
Fortinet has published two vulnerabilities that allow unauthenticated access to FortiSandbox systems.
A successful exploit can lead to unauthorised access to the sandbox environment and potential misuse of security functionalities.
An update to a secure version is necessary. Specifically, you need to upgrade to FortiSandbox 5.0.6 or higher or FortiSandbox 4.4.9 or higher, as all previous versions are vulnerable.
We recommend doing this as soon as possible to prevent unauthorised users from gaining access to your FortiSandbox environment.

Our Managed Services customers don't need to do anything: we have already scanned your environment and updated it where necessary.
