+20 Technicians with years of experience are at your service in Turnhout with technical support and advice for all brands, both in and out warranty. Even devices which were purchased elsewhere will be checked for you and repaired if possible.

How can we help?

Restore laptop, desktop, printer...

We try our best to make you productive again as soon as possible. Even in the absence of warranty or in the event of accidental damage, our specialists will provide you with an accurate estimate of the specifications and the duration of the repairs.

Recover Smartphone or Tablet

Screen cracked? Problems with the software, microphone or connection?... Don't worry! You can check here what the rates are for repairs. Your device is in good hands!

Emergency repair without waiting time

Your device won't get stuck in the queue, so we'll start checking and repairing your device right away (price on top of repair price).

RMA action in warranty

If you have purchased a device elsewhere and you still have warranty, we can also register it for you, subject to a handling fee (excl. backup costs).

Installation at the counter

Installation at our technical desk of e.g. new or existing network devices (router, access point) or software such as Office or Antivirus software. We can also setup your e-mail accounts and other small installations.

(Re)Installation of the operating system

The (re)installation of a Windows operating system, including updates. If licenses are available, Office and Anti-virus are also installed.

Setting up a smartphone or tablet

We'll go through the initial setup and transfer your contacts. We also setup your email and backup account. Attention: if forgotten passwords need to be retrieved (Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook,...), there will extra charges.

Symantec EndPoint Protection

We configure your PC for safe use with a highly advanced cloud-based Anti-Virus to ensure optimal protection for your device.

Clean-Up

Viruses, malware and spyware are removed, but also the startup programs and the registry are examined. In addition, the device is thoroughly (also internally) cleaned!

Data Recovery

Using special software, we can try to recover old or deleted data from defective or non-functioning devices. Attention, depending on the amount of GB we charge an extra transfer fee!

SSD Installation

Revitalize your old laptop or desktop by replacing the hard drive with a lightning-fast SSD drive, including an installation operating system.

Replacing the Laptop Screen

We will replace your defective notebook screen. If possible, you can even enjoy service within the hour!
